These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website located at jjbhome.com (the “Site”) and your communications with Black River Design Build, Inc., doing business as JJB Home Improvements and JJB Home (“JJB Home,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, submitting a form, or opting in to receive communications from us, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. SMS Terms of Service
By opting into SMS from a web form or other medium, you are agreeing to receive SMS messages from Black River Design Build, Inc., doing business as JJB Home Improvements. This includes SMS messages for account notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. See privacy policy at www.jjbhome.com/privacy-policy. Message HELP for help. Reply STOP to any message to opt out.
2.1 Program description
When you provide your mobile number and opt in, JJB Home may send you text messages related to your request for a quote or consultation, appointment scheduling and reminders, project updates, estimates and proposals, follow-ups from our team, and, if you separately opt in, promotional offers and marketing messages.
2.2 How to opt in
You can opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a form on our Site, by replying to a text message from us, by providing your mobile number to a member of our team and agreeing to receive texts, or by texting a keyword we have published to our business number.
2.3 Message frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with us and the status of your project.
2.4 Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
2.5 How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further SMS messages from us unless you opt in again. You may also opt out by emailing hello@jjbhome.com or calling (414) 217-4779.

2.7 Consent is not a condition of purchase

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your carrier and network availability.

3. Phone and Email Communications
By providing your phone number or email address, you agree that we may contact you about your inquiry. Where you have given separate consent, we may contact you with marketing communications by phone or email. Calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes. 4. Quotes, Estimates, and Project Agreements
Information on the Site, including pricing ranges, budget guidance, and project timelines, is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute an offer or a binding estimate. All remodeling, construction, and design services are governed by a separate written estimate, proposal, and/or construction contract signed by you and JJB Home. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed project agreement, the project agreement controls.
5. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use of the Site by, any third party. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, interfere with its operation, or use automated means to scrape or collect content from the Site.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, photographs, project images, designs, logos, and graphics, is owned by or licensed to JJB Home and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission.
7. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including financing partners, review platforms, and social media. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those sites. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. This section does not limit any warranty provided in a signed project agreement.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last revised. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
