The existing floor plan felt closed off and outdated, with limited flow between the kitchen, dining room, and entryway.
JJB Home Improvements delivered a comprehensive kitchen transformation that removed walls to create an open flow, installed custom Quincy inset cabinetry in a sophisticated Spruce finish with Driftwood oak accents, and relocated plumbing and electrical systems for improved functionality. We also integrated a built-in espresso maker.
Additionally, we converted an underutilized closet into a functional mudroom with built-in cabinetry, tile flooring, and French pocket door access.

The design phase began in December 2024, with construction scheduled to start 4–6 weeks after contract signing. JJB managed all permits, demolition, structural modifications, custom cabinetry installation, countertop fabrication, tile work, electrical and plumbing relocations, and finish carpentry.
