Redesign the home’s kitchen and main bathroom to create a bright, functional, and cohesive design that modernizes the home’s main living areas while maintaining a warm, inviting atmosphere.
JB Home Improvements delivered a complete kitchen and bath transformation that balanced clean, modern updates with timeless materials.
In the bathroom, we reconfigured the layout to create a larger walk-in shower with floor-to-ceiling large-format tile, rainfall and handheld fixtures, and frosted window privacy film. A double-vanity quartz sink countertop, updated lighting, and laminate flooring complete the space.
In the kitchen, the design centered around improving layout and light. Walls separating the kitchen from the formal dining room were removed to create a more open floor plan, while a custom extended peninsula provides additional workspace and seating. The new kitchen includes quartz countertops, tiled backsplash, a pot filler faucet, and two-tone cabinetry.

Demo began in mid-summer 2024, with completion projected for early fall 2024. The project included full design services, material selections, and coordinated electrical, plumbing, and finishing trades to keep the schedule on target.
