The homeowners needed a complete rebuild of their aging two-story deck. JJB Home Improvements delivered a complete two-level deck rebuild featuring premium Azek composite decking in brownstone, custom picture-frame edging, bronze aluminum railings, and structurally reinforced masonry pillars wrapped in decorative brick veneer.
The new design included improved drainage and a cohesive aesthetic that enhances both functionality and curb appeal, including custom stone caps on support pillars that matched the home's existing architecture.

Demo began in July 2024. Construction was completed on schedule, with JJB managing all permits, structural assessments, demolition, framing, decking installation, and finish work.
