Job Description

The Estimator is responsible for determining the cost for JJB Home Improvements to complete the client’s residential or commercial construction projects and sending those proposals directly to prospective clients. Typical projects include: tuck pointing, stucco repair, carpentry, window and door installations, paver patio installations, retaining wall installations or rebuilds, deck builds, metal fabrication, and concrete projects.

Lead Carpenter

Job Description

Perform carpentry and other trade tasks with the highest quality of craftsmanship within appropriate time allotted for project. Keep the team informed of the scope of entire project including revisions, change orders, or adjustments to the scope of work. Lead and coach a team of carpenters and tradespeople to perform build and remodeling tasks. Communicate with Project Manager on any issues or updates while on project site and at the end of day.

Interior Designer / Draftsperson

Job Description

Prepares construction documents, for Project Manager’s, Project Lead’s, and clients. Develops design concept and solution for company or homeowners wants or needs with Division Director. Creates interior layouts, and renderings for clients viewing of the design.

Bookkeeper / Accountant

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, and conducting cyclical audits.
